| We're always trying to provide
you with better and more efficient tools to help you manage your merchant
business. Because of this, we've made several enhancements to
Sigagents recently. Those changes are summarized below. Please

| Online Application! |
We have launched the first version of our
online application, and you can start using it immediately! This new
feature can save you time and streamline your operations by allowing you to
complete and submit your application online, where it will be loaded
directly into our systems. Or, you can e-mail the application and
agreement to your merchant, have them complete it online, and they can then
print, sign and fax back the application directly to us. Go to the
Applications menu option, then select Online Applications Manager.
From that page you can select Help to get more information, or call our
office and we can walk you through the process! |

| New Password For Residuals
Access |
Some of you have requested that we limit
access to your Residuals reporting on the site, so we added the
ability to set a
second password for access to residual reporting. To set this up,
just email us the password you
would like to use for access to your Residuals reporting. |

| New Search Page |
We have combined the search functions into
one Search page, allowing you to quickly search for your merchants.
The
Application search will allow you to search
for an application by phone number or dba name. The
Accounts
search will allow you to search for an approved account by merchant
number, dba name or phone number. |

Our merchant reporting site,
merchantinfo.com
is open for business. This new site has been under construction
for some time, as we worked hard to provide everything your merchants could
need in a reporting system. This new site will allow your merchants
to:

- View all of the reporting they currently see, plus many more new
reports
- View their month-end statements, for any period
- Update their address information
- Add card types to their account
- Apply for Amex and/or Discover
- Change where we mail correspondence (i.e. corporate or location
address)
- Receive terminal support and download quick-reference guides and
overlays
- View the rates and fees, and get explanations for each fee
- Access our Forms Library
- Receive special updates
- And much more!
