| In order to accommodate the changes necessary to implement the Discover programs at Merrick Bank and Global Payments,
we have released Version 5.0 of our merchant application. Additionally, we have separated the once-combined application for Merrick Bank and Westamerica Bank
into two applications, so now each bank will have their own application and agreement. Also, these new applications have the bank disclosures included in them, so there is no
need to submit a separate disclaimer anymore. Please review the new applications, and let us know if you have any questions. You may begin using these new applications immediately. Thank you!
